Legacy tester retired
This static tester was removed because a public webpage must not contain privileged credentials or infer runtime state from memory text.
Use the maintained loopback-only frontend lab from the repository instead:
npm run frontend:dev. It uses the canonical /v1 contracts and
enables test controls only in local development mode.
